Why isn’t that enough for you?
After making small talk on a free dating app, she refused to give me her number. How can she, a complete stranger, refuse to give me, also a complete stranger, all of her personal information?
I’m not asking for her credit card yet. It’s not like I wanted to know where she works either so I can show up spontaneously and embarrass her in front of her boss.
I haven’t even asked for her marry me so that we can combine our taxes and I can spend everything in our shared bank account on a man cave with a dartboard that I never use and a pinball machine depicting overly sexualized woman that makes her uncomfortable and so she never comes down there, but over time she comes to realize I’m a misogynistic asshole who never really cared about her anyway.
How will any man ever find someone to marry and divorce if they can’t get a girl’s number? It is a tragedy befallen to many of us. A quick “how are you” should be more than enough to get to know each other.
